Cross-species conservation — homologs in ≥ 2 species (DIAMOND: ≥ 50% identity, ≥ 80% coverage);
ML translation probability — Random Forest (79% accuracy) on validated Arabidopsis uORFs;
No functional annotation — no Swiss-Prot match (BLASTP E-value > 0.001).
